My research focuses on the intersections between creativity and culture and, in particular, on developing a sociocultural account of creativity, imagination, and human possibility. This approach studies creativity as a distributed and developmental phenomenon. It is also concerned with collaborative creative work and the impact of creativity and innovation in and on society. My most recent interests concern the experience of wonder, the role of mobility in creativity, and our individual and collective engagement with the possible.
