How to Join ISSCI?
Joining the ISSCI is a straightforward process. We welcome PhD students, Postdocs, researchers, scholars, and professionals who are passionate about advancing the fields of creativity and innovation. There are two pathways to become a member:

Pathway A: Recommendation by a Board Member
Step 1 – Request a Recommendation from a Board Member: Contact a current ISSCI board member who is familiar with your work or professional background and ask if s/he would be willing to recommend you for membership.
Step 2 – Recommendation Submission: The board member will submit your application along with their recommendation to the ISSCI membership committee for review.
Step 3 – Application Review. Your application will be evaluated by the ISSCI board based on your qualifications and alignment with our mission.
Step 4 – Notification of Decision: You will receive an email informing you of the board‘s decision.
Step 5 – Pay the Membership Fee: If approved, the email will include details on how to complete your membership, including the payment instruction for the membership fee.
Step 6 – Membership Confirmation: After receiving your payment, your name and membership information will be published on the ISSCI website.
Pathway B: Self-Nomination
Step 1 – Prepare Your Application: (1) An Application Letter expressing your interest in joining ISSCI and highlighting how your work contributes to the fields of creativity and innovation; (2) Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) including your academic background, research, publications, and any relevant professional experience.
Step 2 – Submit Your Application: Send your application to postmaster@issci.online (CC: todd.lubart@parisdescartes.fr). Please use the subject line “ISSCI Membership Application – [Your Name]” for clarity.
Steps 3 to 6 – Proceed as in Option A, Steps 3 – 6 involve the review process, payment, and publication of your membership status on the website.
