Research Overview

My research examines diverse aspects of creativity with a focus on individual differences.  My topics include:  creativity assessment (in children and adolescents with EPoC (Evaluation of Potential Creativity) and the creative profiler tool for adults;  culture and its’ impact on creativity, the creative environment at work with virtualized workspaces;  the creative process as expressed in diverse fields (visual art, science, music, writers, .. ); and the development of creativity through game-based activities.
