Research Overview

My research adopts an intercultural and interdisciplinary approach to the understanding and fostering of creativity. Key areas of my research include the systems approach to creativity, implicit theories of creativity (including misconceptions and biases), and the management of creativity and innovation. I also explore team creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, the role of new technologies in creativity as well as culture, creativity and innovation (including cross-cultural studies).
